Everything you might want to know before booking our wedding vending machine.
How does the vending machine work?
Our retro-style vending machine works just like the real thing! Guests pop in a token, turn the handle and out comes a little surprise to keep. We’ll provide all the tokens you need, so there’s no need for guests to bring coins or pay to use the machine.
What can go inside the vending machine?
Lots of lovely things! Our machine is perfect for stickers, temporary tattoos and mini prints, either chosen from our existing designs or created especially for your day.
Each hire includes 100 favours as standard. For a small additional cost, you can mix different types of favours within the machine or add extra pieces if you need more.
And yes, we absolutely encourage hidden surprises! A drinks voucher, scratchcard, little prize or something completely personal to you can be mixed amongst the regular favours for one lucky guest to discover.
What are the different design options?
There are three ways to make the machine your own:
Ready Made – choose from our collection of existing designs. These are our most budget-friendly option and don’t feature any customisation.
Semi-Custom – start with one of our existing design themes and personalise it with details such as your names, date, colours or wording.
Bespoke – something completely unique to you, designed from scratch for your day. Whether you’d like it to coordinate with your existing wedding stationery, feature illustrations personal to you, or you have a completely different idea in mind, we can bring it to life.
Whichever option you choose, your hire also includes a printed poster for the front of the machine designed to coordinate with the goodies inside, so the whole thing feels like part of your day.
Is the vending machine just for weddings?
Not at all! While weddings are our speciality, the machine can also be hired for hen parties, birthdays, baby showers, engagement parties, brand events and other celebrations.
Basically, if you’ve got an occasion that could benefit from people excitedly turning a little handle for a surprise, we’re interested.
Where should we put it at our venue?
Somewhere your guests will naturally pass throughout the day works brilliantly – near the bar, guest book, photo booth or another social area.
You can make it a feature in its own right or tuck it somewhere slightly unexpected for guests to stumble across and discover. If you’re styling the machine alongside other décor, just let us know where you’d like it when we arrange your set-up.
How does delivery, set-up and collection work?
Delivery, set-up and collection are all included within 30 miles of Long Eaton, so there are no extra travel costs to worry about.
The machine is yours for the day, and we’ll be in touch closer to your date to confirm your preferred drop-off and collection times. We’ll deliver it fully stocked and ready for your guests, and if you have a particular spot in mind at your venue, just let us know in advance so we can put it exactly where it needs to be.

What happens if something gets stuck?
Like any mechanical vending machine, the occasional stubborn item can happen! We test the machine and packaging beforehand to make sure everything works as smoothly as possible, and we’ll leave you with simple instructions for what to do if anything needs a little helping hand during your event.
How do I book?
Simply choose your preferred option, fill in the details and place your booking through our website.
We recommend booking as early as you can, particularly for popular spring and summer dates. If you’re choosing our Bespoke option, we’ll also need a little extra time to design, approve, print and prepare everything for your day.
